Very nice grip which is very important on working in a frequently wet floor area. I have tried some lighter type before but it cost more than twice. Over all this is a nice bargain for working long hours.

I stand and walk on my feet 8+ hours everyday at work. These definitely are not the most comfortable shoes I have worn. The first day wearing them they were very stiff, my feet were aching a lot and I could not wait to get them off. It has been a few weeks and they are broken in for the most part now. They are still a little uncomfortable, especially around the top/shoe lace area. These shoes really could use better/more padding. I have had work shoes that were a lot more comfortable and they were cheaper too. I guess these just do not fit around my feet as comfortably as for others. So far they seem to be holding up quite well, the quality is good, and they look nice. I just wish they were more comfortable. Unfortunately I will not be buying this again.
